Stop the Clock.

There is never enough time in a day
and too much to do
I don't have enough time to think about you


but I do anyway.

The stars are not wanted now; put out every one*
and bring back the morning sun

I need to get everything done
that is written in my plans

but the unplanned keeps happening
and time flies like it doesn't even care to wait for me.

or anyone else.


I wish I could just freeze time
so I wouldn't be wasting it

Stressing so much about the unimportant
that I forget about the important

Can someone just stop the ticking?
I don't want to feel like time is throwing my life away anymore.
